Lately the waiting time got out of hand, I don’t know if it’s all the time or just when I am there, but me and a few other people that ordered next to me have been waiting too long for such small orders. It was like 35 minutes for one dish and dumplings..

Then when I got the food, there was two things The food was closer to cold than hot. I got the wrong thing, I ordered beef egg roll, and I got vegetable eggroll.

And what I realized is that the boy standing in the front taking the orders was too busy doing several stuff at a time, Which I think is too much for one guy and then all types of mistakes happen. I hope you take this as am...

I've been taking out from Kapao every so often, and we like the food. It's usually tasty.

However, i did notice that anytime it gets busy, like before Pesach or holiday season, they simply lose control of the entire process. Food would lack flavor (and i know how it usually tastes), and things are missing from the order altogether.

Honestly, it's my own fault because it's the third time happening to me, and i should have known 🙃. But when i called to complain and expected a refund for the missing items, they told me to come back to get it (20-minute drive), or they will put a note on my account so i can get it next time..

What account, lol 😆, they dont track it, and when i enquire about it the next time, they have no clue what i want...

I agree with all the reviews the schnitzel look and taste like it came out of the freezer section in the supermarket like what you get for lunch in school. Dumplings was like kreplach yuk. Egg drop soup was inedible. Tiny ketchup packets. Not a great experience. I thought this was going to be an upgrade from the old place, sitting area is nicer but the food was terrible.

The guy behind the counter was nice.
