I am giving this place only 4 stars because the young lady that was working at the cash register on Sunday March 3rd around 4:00PM was incredibly careless. She got confused when scanning the number of items we purchased because she was not sure what she scanned and what she didn't. More importantly, when she told us that a bag costs $1.99, we said "yes we need a bag." She did not hear us, proceeded to ignore us after giving us a receipt, and gossiped with the other cashier. She left us standing there as we did not know how or where to retrieve the bag. This was our first time at the store and we didn't know that we needed to pick out a reusable bag ourselves. Daiso is new to me. An import store with super prices on things from crafts/decorations, seasonal decorations to household items, office items, non-refrigerated food items (such as miso soup, microwaveable rice varieties, uncooked rice varieties, varieties of ramen), and much more. Pocket friendly, prices vary from 1.99 and up. I have been to 2 different locations.
