My girlfriend just purchased several items. One of which the clerk confirmed that what she was getting was the equivalent of another brand. When she returned it was not even in the same category and something that I am allergic to. They refused to accept a return or store credit. If your staff is not educated on the merchandise to be sold they should not be allowed to advise patrons on the only product they sell! Terrible...
