VEP Waldron's — Local services in Town of Sidney

I am sharing my experience as a reply to "the owner" of the business under Jack K. Account. I assume this was the salesmen who replied to my husband, and it is mostly blatant lies that we can confirm with e-mail evidence and phone call logs. When my husband and I went to purchase cabinets from VEP we had the necessary blueprints already. In our initial meeting we told him what door styles we liked and what wood we wanted prices for, Cherry, Oak and Hickory. It wasn't necessary for him to come to our house. He only needed two dimensions, overall width of the window and another dimension. We did however send the e-mail to the wrong e-mail address. We waited a week and called twice to confirm he got our e-mail. Because he didnt, we resent the e-mail and he assured us he would get back to us within a couple of days. I want to make this perfectly clear, this salesman only called us twice, and my husband returned his called within minutes. He still hasn't emailed us and he promised a week ago he would within the day with prices. He never asked us to meet with him. Needless to say, all we have for kitchen remodel prices is the long paragraphs of excuses he's left. We spent our hard earned money at Lowe's because it only took them three days with our blueprints to get prices and give them cash for the sale....

Horrible! I had service done on my washer. The repair man said it may need 2 parts and ordered them. He replaced 1 part, NOT the other. I questioned him about not replacing the other part, he said he did, when I know damn well he didn't. My washer doesn't work AT ALL, when he was "suppose" to fix it. He didnt fix anything. I called up the owner (who was EXTREMELY rude) told him what was going on, and I was told- that 1: it's common for the washer not work.....wait! What? After having new parts put in, isn't suppose to work?? And 2: I can call GE or they can come back out and diagnose it-AGAIN. Guess which route I took! Looks like to me this place doesnt know how to take...
