Northgate Barber Shop — Local services in Town of Smithtown

Horrible experience have been going here for some time because my previous Barber left for his own reasons back to his country. Their price is okay but my previous Barber was cheaper with BETTER SERVICE. Some of the people in this Barber Shop DO NOT LISTEN, SO MANY OF THEM HAVE AIRPODS OR EAR BUDS IN, YOURE BEING PAYED SO DO YOUR JOB WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS. They just nod when you give them the details you need for your cut. Then in the middle of the hair cut they randomly do something which YOU SPECIFICALLY SAID NOT TO DO. Terrible, I had an older barber who did not speak a word of English. My Son cameout crying, cut was uneven and terrible to say the least. when I came back owner was out, A master barber with a displayed license fixed the cut andit was amazing. But the owner over the phone intsructed to charged again, PLUS raise the price on me. This place is a SCAM. Except the barber who left this horrible place. The barbers are Not NYS licensed .. Horrible experience, gave specific instructions as to how I wanted my son’s hair cut. The “barber” didn’t follow a single request I made and cut my son’s hair completely wrong. He did such a bad job that my son got out of the chair and walked out before the cut was finished. My son is now hysterically crying because of the hatchet job this talentless person performed.
