Super rude older male employee, demanding to see my cell phone while cutting me off and not letting me talk, all while trying to pick up a DoorDash order to deliver to a customer. “Let me see your phone” over and over again… really? Treat people with respect when they are picking up orders, it helps you get business. Don’t treat us any less. We aren’t all “thieves”… that’s why you needed to verify the order because you assume I’m going to steal it… wth. Also, no employees were wearing masks or gloves while handling food. They also bag the drinks with the food inside a small paper bag, stapled shut… so if anything spills or makes the food the wrong temperature, it’s the stores fault! Why would you bag hot coffee with cream cheese? Why bag an iced coffee with a hot sandwich. Why are you putting drinks inside of the food bag??? Do better. I won’t be coming back here to help your business get those delivery orders fulfilled.
**Update: Came in here again to pick up another order to deliver through Uber and was treated just as rudely as the first time. While I was waiting for the order to be ready, a woman came in to order some food for herself. She was also treated very poorly by this certain male employee. He kept cutting her off and telling her she couldn’t order “that” and told her what she needed to order instead. Not friendly or courteous at all, horrible customer service. Aside from that… while I’m waiting for the order a different employee was literally coughing all over the cream cheeses that remain uncovered behind the counter. No mask, didn’t care to cover his mouth or turn his head, just continues to cough on all the open food that will be served to customers. Absolutely disgusting. I would...
   Read moreI wanted to give this place a few months before writing a review. Honestly, when they first opened I was super excited with how beautiful their place looked. Their variety and their bagels. They were pretty consistent to start with. Always getting the orders right. Always including the pickle and side salad during lunch time. And food was pretty good. But I've been noticing the last few weeks. This place going a little downhill. Don't know what's going on. Maybe too much change in staff. Everything is inconsistent. Today I was supposed to get a side salad. I even requested a special one and when I got home I noticed all I received was a pickle no side salad that I requested. I recently also ordered an American on a roll and it was plain. It didn't even have mayonnaise on it or nothing. About a week ago. I also ordered from them through text message and when we arrived they told us that the grill was off and we were running late as it is. They couldn't have called or text message us back stating that the grill was off and asked if we needed something else rather than waiting last minute until we arrived and then my husband had to wait anyway 10 to 15 minutes for what he wanted which made us extremely late to our event. I really think they need to work on their consistency here. If they promise a pickle and a side salad you should receive both. Also they need to work on their sandwiches. The deli sandwiches taste good from here but the pricing is inconsistent and different from advertised a bunch of the time. Today I got the hero of the day and an employee charged me extra for lettuce and tomato on my hero... Seems like something that should be accounted for in the price OR should at least be stated that it is an upcharge upon asking the customer. Definitely threw me off and makes me want to search around for another deli to frequent in the area.
Also unless you explicitly ask depending on the employee you will most likely be missing one of the following you expected with your order: side salad, pickle,...
