We were unsure of where to go for dinner. Four of us tossed up all different choices and finally agreed to try this place. None of us have been here before, but the reviews looked tempting. From the moment we stepped in and were seated, there was never a doubt we had made the right choice!! We first want to make note of the young man who waited on our table to fill our waters and take away our dishes. It was only his second night, and he was amazing! A fine young man who was so polite and accommodating! Thank you, Nolan! Next had to be one of the best servers we've ever had.....Ron!! Ron answered all our questions and attended to us as though we were the only customers there! But as I watched Ron wait on other customers, I noticed that we all were given excellent attention! Thank you, Ron, for a MOST enjoyable time!! We sat at a booth in the bar area (recommend when coming with friends and adult family members. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and at one point, the entire staff came out, celebrating a birthday with song! Now on to the food! We all absolutely LOVE ramen and sushi!! To start off, we ordered the Crispy Calamari and Kumamamoto Oysters, which were outstanding!! We all then ordered ramen with different proteins, but all chose the spicy miso as our soup base. BEST CHOICE!! One had Chashu pork, one had vegetables, and my husband and I had seafood as our protein! I ordered extra ramen, shrimp and scallions!! WOW! Everything was perfect and so delicious! Portions were very generous!! Great job Chef Chen!! We knew his name because, at the end of our visit, we joined him, Ron (and another gentleman staff, whose I did not catch) at the bar for a Sake Bomb!! Ron set everything up! We had the most unforgettable dining experience at this omakase restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to our phenomenal waitress, Wenwen. From the moment we sat down, she radiated warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for making guests feel special. Her outgoing personality immediately put us at ease, and she guided us through each course with a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness.

Wenwen took the time to explain every dish in detail, highlighting the chef’s technique, the origin of the ingredients, and even offering pairing suggestions that elevated the flavors. Her knowledge and charisma turned what could have been a standard meal into something truly interactive and memorable.
