Avoid at all costs. Scammed. Unfinished countertop, damaged, installers chipped it, way overcharged inflated price, incompetent & lazy vindictive. The backsplash is supposed to be 3/4” but he left it 1 and a 1/2 inches wide. He failed to meet the standard. He didn’t polish the sides. He did not line up the backsplash with the countertop. He scratched and chipped the backsplash and left it like that.He did not want to come to measure !!! and he wanted to use an old sketch from a cabinet company instead of the measurements he needs to cut accurately. He did not cut accurately. AND WORST OF ALL He cut the countertop and didn’t let me see the slab before doing that. I was supposed to go there to give my input before the cut. He said he did not notify me to come there because his back hurt. After his workmen delivered it by surprise He refused to take the delivered piece back and he threatened to “ leave the countertop on my front step and not come back” if I didn’t let them install it. he would keep my money and the other half of the slab. Rodney, the new owner of Stone and Kitchen & Bath in Smithtown, comes with high praise from my landscaper, and now I understand why. Despite its modest storefront, don't underestimate this place—the selection is vast, and the customer service is truly unmatched.

When we initially chose a granite top, I later had a change of heart on my design. Returning to Rodney, he graciously accommodated our request for a new selection without any fuss. Not only did Stone Kitchen & Bath adjust the price fairly, but they went above and beyond, demonstrating true generosity.

Their professionalism extended to the installation phase, seamlessly coordinating with other trades on our project. They met our install date without a hitch, leaving us with a flawless result.

my kitchen countertops at my house all came out perfect, I had an odd situation where I had a bunch of stone, they sent workers down they picked it up and made it happen, very happy with how they handled the recycling job, and the price was more than fair. The new Owner Rodney was a really smart choice to take over the business from the original owner Tony, he knows the industry, knows customer service, and treats the job like it’s going in his own house, my 2nd job he was able to find two great pieces of stone for my tattoo business and it really worked out well, and I’ve told everyone about this place, my job was certainly a smaller one but I really appreciated the care and quickness they installed, can’t recommend Stone Park Enough if you’ve got a big job or...
