They replaced our EZ11 Plus with an upgraded Class B T-Edge 10 at no cost, and provided us with comprehensive training. The T-Edge is by and far the best sterilizer we have ever used. We’ve been receiving faulty chips and trying to get the issue resolved has been a nightmare. Had a 2-month old printer stop printing and have been trying to get an RMA to replace it under warranty for 2 months.
