Baboo Digital — Local services in Town of Smithtown

This establishment's service and customer service follow up to correct improper unprofessional delivery of substandard service is worse than Hell itself. The owner Baboo was rude and intolerable as a leader of this enterprise! Shocking to see a blatant refusal to correct errors made on their part to retain a long standing customer, bizarre. I would not recommend them to my enemy since I forgive my enemies for transgressions. I could not understand as a business owner myself, the logic in not attempting to retaining your customers, especially when it is such a competitive business in New York. Maybe it was because I was from out of town, and not a familiar face, or personal friend. But Business is Business.

Terrible, hurtful, and a waste of money. A loss that I could not recover from unless the chose the correct outcome. Of course these errors were made not only by the owner but also by their personnel, which is even sadder and an indication of how well rooted their unprofessionalism reaches. A simple correction to secure future business return by retaining clients is the only way to go when in business. "Customer is always right". Not here. NO BUSINESS ETHICS.

P.S. You can clearly see from the other 1 star and two star reviews that there is a real problem with this enterprises service and it starts from the top. Its a risk.

3/29/2019: I am increasing their star rating from 1 to 2 stars because I have done some business with them since my first bad experience chronicled here.

I did business with them after being very diligent in trying to find a better value (lower price) for what they do and couldn't find anyone LESS expensive.

I will keep you posted on if they ever #!$&...

Baboo and his team did an outstanding job turning my late grandfathers framed geometrical drawing/chart that he created for the company he used to work for, Monitor Aerospace, into a digital copy. Baboo then proceeded to print it on a piece of metal. I had a piece made for myself and members of my family. I think my family and I all would have very happy with just a reproduced print that we could all hang up, but per Baboo's suggestion and execution, it was printed on a metal sheet. We were all speechless. Not only do we now have a wonderful piece of work to always remind us of my grandfather but it has now become a statement piece that so many of my friends and family are astonished by. Thank you to Baboo and his team for creating something so special that I couldn't...

Baboo Digital created the finest laminated wall-mounted posters that frankly I have ever seen. They used some sort of metallic paper and ink ...and these went into a Manhattan client's show room. There's a quality to the print that is hard to take your eyes off of. They did it on time and on budget and my schedule was super tight.

I have also used them for small low-cost personal work and even there the quality is the best. And the staff is always friendly and professional.

I used them when I first became a photographer and even now 15 years later ...I tell you it's no exaggeration - they are the best. AND with great prices. In Manhattan's competitive market ...you have to give quality and price ...or you're out...
