I haven't dealt with them for a couple of years and hadn't had any problems. However after my most recent experience I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. When you call them you get their offices out of state, not NY. They promised me a delivery on Tues 06/03. I waited all day it never came even after I called them several times that day and they kept telling me it was coming. I called on Wednesday and had to wait on hold for five minutes while they transferred me to NY. She apologized and said that the driver was supposed to call me if they couldn't come and that they'd redeliver on Friday 06/06. I said no, I won't be there do it on the following Tuesday. She said OK. So, I'm in Philadelphia on Friday and get a voice mail from the Decor driver who's waiting in front of my building wanting to know where I am! I call again on Monday and schedule another delivery for the next day. Same thing happens. No delivery. No apologies. I call on Wednesday and the person says she has no record of my order!    Read more90% of the time their truck delivery service fouls things up. After 3 years of trying to have patience and giving them chance after chance, I'm done. I will never be ordering from them again. The customer service on the phone is OK, but something doesn't get translated in delivery instructions between the ordering department and their dispatch. Half the guys can't speak English so when they call on the phone that they are on the way to deliver, they have no clue what you are saying back to them. It's such a shame because I believe in equal opportunity employment, but I've had it with Decor. And it's not always the poor driver's fault. Many times the instructions on their delivery sheets are completely omitted so they have nothing to go on other than to come to my address and drop stuff off. Can't take it any longer.    Read moreI'm honestly just taken aback that this was acceptable to box up and send to a customer. It's not finished, clearly soaked in something before being packaged, and written on in black pen. The $5.44 credit(not refund) would be laughable if we hadn't spent an afternoon of labor doing someone else's job for them. I didn't want a full refund, but because my client didn't want to wait for replacement, 10% credit is "all they can do." The person I spoke with said if I want to take this further I could speak with our sales rep, when I informed her that we've never had one so far as I can tell I wasn't given information as to who it would be. So, because we essentially saved you a couple bucks in materials/shipping by making it work... you can't give me a few more bucks for my time?
