Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Somers

To anyone who might read my review, I ordered two iced matcha lattes. When I ordered, I asked the woman to please read the instructions on my phone, which were: Venti Iced Matcha with oatmilk. Light Ice. 3 pumps of brown sugar. 2 pumps of vanilla. Salted Caramel Cold Foam. And the older woman behind the counter looked at me and said, "Ashhhh," and rolled her eyes, shaking her head as if to say no! I don't understand why she didn't put the order on the screen and instead wrote it on the glass only in initials after a while the other woman who was preparing took the order and asked her what that meant she spoke to her in a low voice and began to prepare them on the first order she put a little ice first then in a blender she blended oat milk with matcha then she poured it into the glass and the rest that was left over she then put in another blender more oat milk with salted caramel to make the foam she served it and I told her there were two and she rolled her eyes and asked the older woman if there were two and she told her yes then out of bad attitude she started to make the second drink and in this order which should be the same as the other one she put the oat milk and the macha in the blender she began to blend then she poured it into the empty glass and without ice then she added too much ice that she almost spilled out of the glass from there in another glass she put the almond milk with the salted caramel to make the foam but when I put it in the glass with the matcha it no longer entered and the foam was wasted since she only put a little bit she tried to cover it and it spilled out of the dimple that the lid has and when she saw that she could not cover it she removed a little from the glass with a spoon then washed the lid and covered it again the rest of the foam that was left in the blender she threw it away and when I told her that it was with little ice she asked me if I had paid to remove the extra ice I found her very rude and unprofessional in addition to that when I tried it it only tasted like matcha and it had no flavor of what I had ordered and when I went back to ask for sugar she said it was on the outside if I hadn't seen it I want to mention that I have a cleaning company in the area and when I hire employees I am in charge of first training them so that they can provide a good service to my clients these employees do not even know how to prepare an ice matcha since they waste too much product and their attitude is terrible and I think that everyone who has left a review thinks the same I can only say that I will...

When I first went to get a drink Barbara was miss rainbows and butterflies and so eager to help. After my service she asked me to leave a review I said I would however I had better things to do and forgot about it, next time I went back I didn't know what I wanted to drink, I didn't think this would be a problem considering the fact that there was not a single person behind me so I took some time to think and scan over the menu however I think miss Barbara wasn't having it and started barking out drink ideas, had there not been a glass screen I think she would spat on me and I would've gotten infected with her bad attitude virus. She seemed very annoyed and I was honestly taken back. She also barely let me get a word in was always talking over...

Lori Anne and Barbara at the Starbucks really made my day today. I rarely run out at my lunch break, but I was having a rough day and needed a change of scenery, so I decided to treat myself with a Starbucks. While I was at the store I thought I would grab a few things. As I was checking myself out, I sent my venti refresher flying and my entire “treat” Was spilled on the floor. Not only was the self check out monitor gracious and understanding, but she invited me to go over and get a new drink. I was fully expecting to just buy another, as I “needed it”. Lori Anne and Barbara were so sweet and made me a new drink at no charge and it truly was what picked me up today. It’s so nice to see kind, neighborly people in our local store....
