I must say that I have generally been pleased with this establishment, as I am a regular visitor. However, I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction with today's experience. This morning, my brother and I brought bottles for redemption. Upon attempting to redeem them, a staff member informed me that we were unable to do so, as the policy is per household. Although the customer service representative was pleasant, she reiterated the same information and directed me to the posted notice outside, which she stated the policy was per household, not per individual. When I inquired further, the notice indicated per person and did not mention household. I had already informed them and presented photos of the law. The same cashier, behaving rudely, repeated the same information even though I showed her that the document did not specify household. The customer service representative reviewed the same photos and acknowledged the omission, then stated that she would make an exception for now and would be better informed in the future.
