Read moreTried to get rear brake parts for my 2019 Cherokee. They had them in stock, pulled them and I paid for them. They said they had all the specs for parts correct; but they weren’t. They sold me front brake pads. Went in to return and I only received a $25 credit. Everything was in the box and still sealed. So, then, after I was persistent enough and spoke to the right people, I received the correct pads. Awesome! I also bought a new rear rotor for a replacement.
Let’s skip to today…it’s the wrong brake rotor. For the same pads I need to use. So, now I have to wait until I’m off of work for a full return. I will not take a $25 credit again.
Update 5/22/2024. Got all of my money back after calling corporate and filed a claim. But it takes too long for them to get things done. So, I sent to the store again. Told them the issue. The old guy leaning on the counter and not caring at all just yelled out “again?!”. Gave my card to Andrew, the cashier working, he processed it and while I wasn’t looking, threw it at me on the counter. Great representation of how you deal with customers, bud! Be angry, lose money on commission…I don’t care. You all failed twice. I’m done with this...
