Im glad some people have had better luck with this company than myself. I have now been waiting over 9 months for an oven that I had ordered. So it was purchased as a 4 pack with other appliances which were also very delayed. Due to the pricing I received ,and the rebates that only qualify with all four appliances, it has made it hard economically to cancel the stove as I would be forfeiting a significant amount of money due to me from the purchase. What is very frustrating has been the lack of communication from olums. They have not reached out to me once. I have found the same appliance at another retailer which is available to be at my house in 5 days. I have only asked them to honor the rebates for the other three appliances and I would purchase another oven. I was initially told 2-3 months when I purchased. They have made no attempt to make this right and have been told I could wait another 6 months for the stove. If you offer a product you should be able to deliver that product in a reasonable manner. I have been very patient with everything going on but donāt feel Iāve been treated fairly by olums. Unfortunately I have been forced to reach out to the attorney generalās office to resolve this issue and hoping to find a reasonable solution. Sorry for the rant but felt like if someone else has to go through an issue with an appliance purchased from olums there is a chance you might not be treated with a reasonable response...

My wife and I decided to purchase and finance a sectional, upon asking the salesman if Financing would be a "hard pull" he said that it was a "soft pull" in an unsure tone. When we got up to the front desk, I asked the lady if the finance portion was a hard pull on the credit and she asked "Hard Pull? I have no idea what you are talking about". She seemed as if she couldn't be bothered, as the cigarette break seemed more important. I went ahead anyway because I needed another couch and the lady who was helping me seemed really nice. The next day I checked my email and both my Experian and Transunion took a 20 point hit! I called Olums to speak with a manager and the rep that answered seemed as if she didn't want to hand the phone over and was kind of rude. after asking me 3 times if she could help me with the issue because the manager was "on the phone", I politely asked her to educate the rest of the staff on a Hard pull and a Soft pull when it comes to a customer asking about financing. moral to the story is, when financing at Olums expect your credit to be impacted pretty good as the credit check they do is a HARD PULL!!! Some people might not care about the type of credit pull you do, but other people who have worked hard to get their credit where...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePurchased a medlift recliner in 2014 ,paid extra for a supposed to be lifetime warranty as explained by Olums salesman ,frame broke several times arms came loose they repaired but still not right,stuffing flattened out they tried to refill it ,found out later frame actually has a life time warranty from manufacturer ,so they basically sold me extra warranty for something I didn't need from Montage another backsliding vendor ,leather like material is separating and peeling off in big chunks ,was told by an Olums employee to throw a slip cover over it and material to repair was no longer available after they had the chair in their shop for three weeks ,I called manufacturer myself said they have material ,Olums said after I contacted them I would have to pay labor ,Olums nor Montage accept responsibility for anything ,no call back to me after several calls still dont have a labor cost which should not be my responsibility anyway ,only want your money upfront ,no quality service after the sale you dont exist if it costs them money to make it right and do the right thing ,this was a expensive lift chair for a handicapped person ,lots of smoke but no reliable action here ,you loose you customers one at a time same way you get them ,hint stop selling cheap furniture at expensive prices it will end up...
