I went in last night to look for a Christmas tree. The new assistant manager Patti assisted me, the one I was interested in was a 7ft DONATED "USED" (but looked in good condition) one. After she scanned it on her phone and looked it up on the internet, she priced it at $65.00. $65.00??? Like seriously for a donated item, they have them brand new on black Friday cheaper. I had just left the Westvale store and those were $19.99 - $24.99 (I was looking for a pre lit one) It is sad that people donate and to have the items ridiculously priced gouged. I left my cart there and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DONATE TO THIS BVILLE STORE!! Someone needs to remind this lady the purpose of a thrifty store is to sell things at affordable thrifty prices. Thrifty Shopper is a lot like Goodwill, Savers, Salvation Army or any other thrift store around. They have good deals on used clothing and items and you'll be surprised at how much inventory they have. The store is very well organized and you'll find so many things that you didn't know you had to have. You really never know what you'll find here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they help maintain a clean organized environment that customers will appreciate. Some of the items are really worn and used but still in good enough condition to buy. If you're looking for name brand items or expensive things this is not the store for you. If you're looking for yard sale items for really cheap prices then you should definitely take a trip to this location in...

This location had a big selection of vinyl if you’re into collecting vintage records, and a big selection of VHS tapes. However, this place smelled like the inside of an old persons mouth, and it smacked you in the face upon entering. It was only at the front of the store, but I had to cover my face, it was that bad. I’m glad I don’t live out here, if this was my options for thrifting, I never would.

The employee with the light blue hair was very kind, which is why I didn’t give this place one star lol.
