Subway — Restaurant in Town of Van Buren

Placed my order a little after 7pm on the app. Get there at 740 when the app tells me my foods ready. Walk in, no food. 3 other customers in line. Kid asks if I'm here for an online order. I said yes. He makes me prove that I actually ordered and paid for my food with the app. Then he says his card machine is down and they're only taking cash. After the app clearly already took 34 dollars from me. The kid calls his manager. Hangs up, then helps the other 3 customers without saying a word to me. Probably another 10 mins of sitting there. After the people get their stuff the kid tells me he spoke to his manager and they're sorry but they'll refund me my money. Like why the hell can't I just get the food I paid for. Went there to order lunch at 12:40. 4 customers ahead of us, took 25 minutes just to order because the staff working the counter was to busy messing around, when we finally got to order the worker named Tina made such a rude and snide remark about a previous customer I will never return to this subway in my life. Not only was she rude but she made our subs with such a lack of care and complete disregard for what we ordered. I hope the owner sees this and does something about it. Ever time I go in it seems like one person is working and one is leaving or starting a shift. Maybe the owner should give a little inventive to start shifts early or leave a little late,It's a little unnerving to be in line,with one person working and another that has already clocked out or waiting to start!I would be embarrassed to have people leaving ,because the wait has exceeded there actual lunch time.The woman who seems to always be the one working every time we go,should be commended ,for holding it together,but she is only one person,doing the...
