Very poor management. I contacted them about a concern about a behaviorally challenged student in my sons ninjas class and they responded thanks for my concerns and they will be addressed. My concerns were not addressed and this student continued to take away from the learning of not only my son but the other students in the class. I verbally discussed my concerns with the receptionist at the front desk about continued behaviors displayed and still nothing. I provided specific behaviors such as running away from the class and the teacher having to go get the student 10 times during a 45 min session, cutting in front of other kids requiring the teacher to stop what he is doing and go redirect the student, among other various behaviors that take away from my child’s leaning as well as others. Recently, I had the receptionist contact the person in charge and it’s been a week since my complaint no phone calls, emails etc trying to rectify or make the situation better. We recently had my 3 year old daughter's birthday part at Head Over Heels, and everyone had so much fun! They are so wonderful to work with, provided all of the information I needed to have a successful party and were just extremely helpful along the way. My daughter had a blast with her friends, and they had the run of the whole gym, which for 3 year olds is really exciting. The cost is very affordable and fair. We have attended a party with my older daughter, 5 years old, as well and it was more structured because the kids were older. They are flexible with how the party is run based on the age of the kids. I had my daughters 4th birthday party here last weekend and it was fantastic. Miss Kayla and Miss Livia were absolutely wonderful with all the kids and so patient. My daughter and one of her friends are autistic and struggle with following directions/being part of group activities. They were beyond understanding and kind. Doing everything they could to ensure all the kids had a good time. Their kindness meant so much to myself and my family. My daughter also does private lessons with Miss.
