Lickity Split Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Town of Vestal

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Today we went to lickity split to celebrate our nieces birthday. It would be fun for the kids to have ice cream and then go to the gazebo to open gifts. The woman who was working there was very rude to us and was upset that we didn't call ahead to let them know that we were having a party there!!! There were 10 of us. Her only customers. The place was empty! And no one was waiting so we weren't taking up valuable space. It began to rain pretty hard so we knew the gazebo was out of the question So we thought we would just stay put and finish our ice cream. The woman running the place then said we couldn't open the two gifts our niece got!! What a way to treat customers, the people who support your business!! We we wont be back and there were 10 unhappy people who know 10 people and so on!! Word of mouth is the best advertising or your worst review. I wonder if any of the little leagues teams that drop in are asked to call ahead for their party?? Get with it lady!! Customers are your bread and...

This place is and always has been fantastic! Not to mention they take food allergies very seriously.

I used to come here all the time and get a peanut butter ice cream shake add extra peanut butter sauce and extra blended (for that creamy smooth goodness!)[though I don't get that shake anymore 😔) and my girlfriend has a peanut allergy and they were very good about making sure to not cross contaminate at all!

They employ students and are always courteous and friendly. Shakes are DA BOMB and affordable, delicious and you can add toppings. They also have awesome sundaes and cones too with their own signature creations and menu. They also make cakes to order that are delectable and can be customized! Plus they're open til a good time, even on Sunday!

Highly recommend for anyone in the mood for a shake or great dessert! Easily a top pick for the area. Keep up the great work...

This soft serve shop has it ALL!! Dozens of flavors for hand scooping. Confections of all colors and flavor are displayed behind the counter ready to be added to sundaes and cones. Well lit inside and out, always clean, and wonderfully staffed. Indoor and outdoor seating. I appreciate the large, neon, OPEN sign in window.
