I ordered boneless spare rib with vegetable lo mein with NO MUSHROOMS. Due to a allergy. I expressed this very thoroughly. I received this … I had to go back due to the meat being charred burnt … they refused to deliver …. I called and I repeated the order back not once but 3 times to the worker . And he repeat it back the last time to make sure we were on the same page. Now after getting home for the second time the food had mushrooms ALL THROUGH IT….. so I called back again… and they said they would like to just give me a discount I said Explained this is my dinner …. I have already left 3 times now to go there and have it replaced twice . They then started to argue and at that the plate in the picture they received back was not ever burnt that it didn’t need to be replaced to begin with that i was just being picky …. We usually get our Chinse from the Far East on Main St., Binghamton and everything is always consistent and delicious. They were closed on Sunday so we decided to take a ride and try the Far East, Vestal. We got a quart and pint of wonton soup and when we got home and tasted it, we threw it out. I think they had some egg drop soup broth that they threw the wontons in based on the seasoning, color of the broth and egg drop looking residue floating at the top of the containers. The wonton wrappers in them were extremely thick and doughy and terrible. Fried rice was bland. The Szechuan Beef combination plate was good but the egg rolls were over cooked to the point of being dry and somewhat bland. The person working the counter also lacked any semblance of personality. They gave me a new appreciation for the Binghamton location who will now get a nice tip on my next...

This is our favorite Chinese food take out in the area. They give you a lot of food for the money, and it's very good. Service is fast too, usually ready for pick up in 20 minutes. I usually get the Hunan chicken with pork fried rice, and my wife gets the Cantonese chicken with baby shrimp. Sometimes we get an egg roll, wonton soup, or general tsao chicken.
