Style Encore Vestal — Local services in Town of Vestal

I’m going to be real honest in the kindest way possible here. I like the items here and enjoy shopping for myself and at Once Upon a Child for my kids. Prices are good. However, the staff at all 3 of these locations are sadly very rude. It would be beneficial for the owner of these 3 businesses to invest in some training for their staff on how to be kind, and work on their people skills.

Just like the franchises that came before it "Plato's Closet" and "Once Upon a Child" they will inevitably insult you with what they offer to pay for brand new items. A brand new pair of Loft pants with the tags still attached that were 49.99 and they offer $3.00. I also don't appreciate them asking me to wait 20 minutes to have my 5 items "looked" at when the store is empty . This business strategy is an obvious attempt to get me to shop while I am there and I don' like being "forced" to shop. We have tried this place a few times and each time we end up leaving before buying anything due to such awful customer service. We thought maybe it was a fluke but it was the same with both return visits. We will not be returning to try again. I know our experience doesn’t account for all employees but each visit we experienced disrespect, and just a total lack of basic kindness, decency and customer service.
