Had problems with the cable service for a few weeks, tried canceling my service and moving. Talked to one representative that was extremely helpful, apologized for the problems. Told me all I had to do was return the equipment and I would be at a zero balance. Returned the equipment and they told me I owe money for the services that weren’t working, and it’s not their fault because they aren’t responsible for any of their apps services not working. So long story short, they don’t hold themselves accountable and the 2nd lady I talked to wasn’t understanding. Just asked me for money, and asked where they should send the money to. She explained to me the package deals and the differences between them, and how the in home security works. She is wonderful! She has the patience of a saint. I have been there when customers are extremely rude, and take it out on her. She grins, bares it and continues to try and help. Even me! Sadly, they have a monopoly in my area and there is no one else that offers high speed internet in the area! It's corrupt and wrong! They can charge whatever they want and barely have to give you anything! I pay for the highest speed internet and I cannot even play a full video... If you can get Fios in your area, try them.
