Placed an order online to pickup in store. Two of my five items in my order were to be shipped to the store for me to pickup, three were in stock. Got email notifications and a phone call from the store that my items were ready for pickup. Get to the store and it’s busy and chaotic and looks like only 2 women were working. One woman went back to grab my order and only came out with one of five items. I tell her I have more than that, so she goes back and comes out with two more items. I’m very confused and tell her I have two more items and so she goes back again and comes back empty handed, so I assumed the two items that were to be shipped to the store just hadn’t arrived yet. The next day i go back and look at my e-mail just to check on the status and it says my order has been completed and that all items were picked up. Which I was stilll missing two items and never received anymore emails or calls notifying me about their status. So I call today and she tells me to call the 1-800 number bc sometimes hallmark thinks they have the products in stock and they don’t and I continue to tell her that they were being shipped to her store BECAUSE she didn’t have them in stock and she couldn’t even be bothered to go look in the back to see if she had them and one item is now discontinued and no longer in production or available anywhere. Very disappointing. Edited: The store finally got my items in after another week and a half went by. I had already gotten one item directly shipped to me and the other I picked up at the store. Looks like corporate needs to fine tune the online ordering because the store had no clue how many items were being shipped to the store for me for pickup. I have also visited his store on Titus/Hudson in Irondequoit, very nice too but my main store is on Jefferson Rd in Henrietta. Most staff know me there because I've visited them for many years unfortunately this visit required a fast, close visit to where I live. 2020 has changed so many things even shopping during Hallmark Christmas 🎄...
