My recent visit to Five Guys Burgers in Webster, NY, left me satisfied and impressed, earning it a solid 4 out of 5 stars in my book.
Let's start with the main attraction: the burgers and fries. Both were delicious and lived up to the hype that precedes Five Guys. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, with toppings that were fresh and plentiful. The fries, served hot and crispy, were the perfect complement to the meal. It's safe to say that Five Guys knows how to do burgers and fries right.
One aspect that stood out during my visit was the efficiency of service. Despite a busy evening, the staff managed to get our order to us in a timely manner, ensuring that we didn't have to wait too long to indulge in our meal. This level of promptness added to the overall positive experience.
The cleanliness of the facilities was also noteworthy. The restaurant was well-maintained and tidy, reflecting positively on the management's commitment to providing a pleasant dining environment. Additionally, there was ample parking available, making it convenient for customers to visit without the hassle of searching for a spot.
While my experience at Five Guys Burgers was largely positive, I felt that there was room for improvement in certain areas, hence the 4-star rating. However, it's worth noting that these were minor issues that did not significantly detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal.
If you're in Webster, NY, and craving a satisfying burger and fries, Five Guys is definitely worth a visit. With delicious food, efficient service, clean facilities, and ample parking, it's a dining destination that delivers on its promise of quality and...
Read moreI ordered online then proceeded to Pick-up Counter as instructed. I stood there waiting for someone to greet me. At least three long-faced almost pouting staff looked at me with no hello, no may I help you. Finally, i said loudly, pick up for Ann. One person kinda reacted. Finally, a man said "I am making your shake", a couple moments later a sad woman said "we are waiting for your fries." Shake comes from a smileless somber man. Wait longer for fries. I ask where is the burger, the burger guy says without even glancing up, "it is already made." So the burger has been waiting at the pick up counter all this time. Finally, the sad woman adds fries to someone elses bag then mine. She delivers the bag with zero reaction, "Here is your food." What a sad group of miserable employees who do not make you want to visit nor enjoy the food. I worry they snuck poison in the bag. A woman in a black shirt was there the whole time and never said a word. I assume that she was management clearly establishing a very poor level of how to engage customers. Sorry, not going back for $30 mushy cold burger. Sad what this generation displays as how disengaged they are. I even gave pick up a 15% tip for ZERO service. They should remove that option from the payment page until Five Guys teaches what service is...
Read moreI'm usually a huge fan of five guys but today was absolutely HORRIBLE. I arrived at the Webster location around 7:15 pm with 1 other person in the restaurant and a curbside order on the counter. I was handed my milkshake aprox 5 minutes later, ok, cool. 20 minutes go by and my food is nowhere to be found.. another 10 minutes still nothing. 30 minutes in my milkshake is gone and the curbside bag is still on the counter.. an employee had been asked several times to take this order out.. but there it was getting cold on the counter. The kids are back there laughing and joking around (usually I wouldn't mind) and I'm just sitting here waiting for food.. finally I ask about my order.. it hasn't even hit the grill yet. Here we are 45 minutes into my adventure and I finally get my food and the curbside order has been brought out (I hope they have a microwave). My order was wrong but after the time I spent waiting for my first 2 cheeseburgers.. I was all set. Idk what happened tonight, but hopefully it's not a...
