I was coordinating having two tubs refinished for clients of mine who live out of state. Rob showed up to the job site and asked for payment before the job even started which is not common. I gave him the owner phone number who was in a meeting at the time. Rob called once and then simply just left. I reached out to ask what had happened and Rob refused to answer any calls or texts after that. The texts were not angry or anything just asking for an update if the work was done or what had happened. No response at all to several calls or texts. This made me look horrible to my clients for hiring someone so unprofessional that can’t even respond to a call or text like a child and at least say he was not doing the job and explain why just crickets. This delayed our ability to list the home and caused a ton of headaches all over simple communication. I don’t care if this gentleman does good work just handles business...

We met Rob from Astonoshine at the Buffalo Home Show and were impressed with him and his business, especially the great price and his friendliness. He explained what he was going to do with our tub (refinishing), and he did exactly that. He did an amazing job! He is not only a quality refinisher, he is honest, trustworthy, and of upstanding character. If I hadn't been home during the work I would've had no apprehension at all just letting him do his work alone, without us being home. You can certainly trust him from the moment you meet him and will be very pleased with his exceptional work. When we're done with our upstairs bathroom remodel we won't hesitate to call Rob to refinish that tub, as well. Very happy with the service...

Just had my carpets cleaned yesterday. Rob was very punctual and professional. He explained the process and the cost then started right away. The foyer, living room and stairs took a little under an hour to do. And the services were extremely affordable. The carpets look amazing and they smell good too!
