Recently had spine surgery and I was treated poorly because I was a young man who needed to use the store scooter to get shopping done in store. I was treated so poorly that my daughter asked me why the store associate said the things she said to me. Store manager Kim has no way for customers to file a complaint against an associate. The associate Rosei/Rosey/Rosie #202 was the employee that mis treated me because of my disability? Age? Attire? Shots in the dark. Why is customer service line not available at 3:30pm eastern time? Love your store, I shop in N. Collins, NY Your quality of meats, produce, your "spoiled bananas" at discount prices for my banana bread and great employees, very helpful and kind. My complaint is the quality of the packaging from Coburn Farms sliced cheese. Seems like I always get a package that is very difficult to open and once I get it open more times than not the "press and seal" strip has seperated from the packaging on one side forcing me to waste another plastic bag to preserve freshness. Clean, friendly staff, easy to locate what I'm looking for. Select produce carefully as some is excellent & sometimes an item should have been pulled from the bin a few days ago. Good selection of various international items, both fresh & packaged, so it's a local go-to for new residents to be able to create back-home meals & a good place to find ingredients for the great ethnic recipe a several-generations-here wants to try, too!
