In a completely unbiased and from a very critically analytical perspective, you WILL NOT find someone who is more knowledgeable regarding pellet heating. He fully understands the internal mechanisms of all of his products and will explain them in a very comprehendible way WITHOUT demeaning or rushing you.

10-25-2024 I had Steve come out for a service and repair call. Steve was very knowledgeable and informative. I never do a review but I was so impressed by his professional behavior and his willingness to help and teach me that I felt I had to write something. I did not purchase my Harmon pellet stove from Steve wished that I had given him my business now. He did not care that I didn't buy my stove from him he was more than happy to get me up and running....

Very rude! Went in to purchase pellets, and before even asking how much we needed, the gentleman told us there's a 25 bag limit. When we asked about delivery (which the website says they do) he shouts from the back "not for 25 bags!" We needed much more than 25 bags but will not be doing...
