If I could post a zero I would. First of all there is no parking except the road so I had to walk a mile with my 3 children to even get in. (Parking spaces were full in back, only 4 and then had to do a 500 point turn to get back out) This place is a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff and owners. Talk down to you and degrade you. Snapped at me when I asked for a bathroom for my 3 year old. When I asked for the script to take with they gave me a very hard time and the eye doctor kept rolling her eyes at me and yelling at me that I HAD to get glasses at their place for my daughter. I ended up leaving after my daughters appt and cancelling mine. There was no way I was staying there any longer to be treated like garbage. I am appauled. My daughter refused to pick out any of their glasses in house that were covered under my insurance and I explained that to them which is why I asked for her script and they proceeded to treat me like I was not good enough to be there or up to their "standards". Come to find out after calling a different office to make an appointment, which I was not aware my insurance only covers an exam every two years, so what I would have got a bill because you did not accurately check insurance???? Tried them and couldn't see out of the reader part. Took them back again and said I wanted a refund. Was told they don't do refunds and never have in 21 years. Not true! I was given a refund a few years ago because prescription was not correct. I told Darlene thdisappointed. have a no refund policy posted and that's when the attitude started. I told her maybe the fact that I have a cataract (which they never mentioned) was part of the problem with my prescription. I was told at that point everyone has cataracts they start at age 7. I was beyond baffled. After refusing a refund I said fine just do the distance lens. Needless to say, the glasses are worse now then when I started. I'm out over $200 on glasses I can't wear. So...

We were even was able to get my daughter her well needed glasses & lens that same visit..total time l was around 30 minutes (inc. an 11yr old choosing her own lenses)!
