First of all, it was Providential that we had a blowout just 200 yards from Fred's Service Center. My truck was sitting so low to the ground, I don't think we could have gotten our jack under it anyhow, plus we were struggling to get the spare out. My wife walked down to Fred's to enlist some help. One of the mechanics came to our rescue. Short story on that: Within 1/2 hour, we were back on the road with our truck camper and a much needed set of new tires on order. This is where Fred shines: Normally closing at 1:00 the day our tires were due, Fred came and opened his shop to fix us up. (I had removed my camper to make the job easier.) The tires came at 2:20 and by 3:30, we were on the road.He even cleaned off the blue stuff that covers the white letters on a new tire! They don't do service like that in the big cities! I wish Fred could be my mechanic all the time but I live about 500...

I was referred to Fred's by a friend. Was told when I had a previous oil change by another business that I was in need of brakes. Took my SUV to Fred's and he checked all over and was told my brakes would be good for another 20,000 miles. So appreciative of this business man. He could have replaced them and been $$ ahead, instead he was an honest man. I feel this is good business ethic. I will surely recommend him to others and return to him for other concerns. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and air conditioning checked on my 2015 Lexus RX 350. Fred and his team checked the refrigerant level and made sure the system was properly charged. I dropped the car off in the morning and received a call that car was ready in the afternoon. The communication , service and price were all excellent .
