**I just wanted to update this and say that home outlet reached out to me and went above and beyond when handling my issue. They were so apologetic and have been nothing but helpful during my home renovation. They completely walked me thru getting my counters for my kitchen and have been attentive every time I've needed help with even the smallest things. I really appreciate they took the time to make this negative interaction into something much more positive, it definitely made me respect them.

Went to get a quote for cabinets and instead basically got told I was an idiot and they didn't have prices for cabinets (so you guys just display things without measuring and pricing them? Seems....not legit). We had the measurements in the car and my dad went to get them and my mother and I were asking more questions and instead of getting an answer we were talked down to and the employees rolled their eyes and shared a look. So, you just lost a huge sale and made my home renovation even more stressful. I cant help but think part of this treatment is due to me being a young woman who was looking for sincere help. I immediately wasnt taken seriously. Well, maybe get that miserable blonde woman some lessons in manners because i do have money to spend on this home renovation but i will definitely make sure to tell everyone how awful this was 🖤Thanks...

I had an amazing shopping and customer service experience with employees Matt and Shelly. I needed guidance on flooring options as well as the purchase of a new kitchen sink. I was fully satisfied with the options and measurements discussed so thoughtfully and with respect and care. Over the years, they have always treated me as a valued customer. This is the first time, I thought to do a review, and I hope that this summarizes and provides feedback of all of the awesome service...

Tried this place for the first time today, love it.

Found exactly what i was for at a great price, and on my way out the door found another item I'd been thinking about at 40% less than home depot or lowes.

The staff was so nice, so professional and helpful. It wasn't over stimulating like the big box stores and I liked their selection a lot more.

I'll definitely shop here first for home...
