Kimps Ace Hardware of Wrightstown — Local services in Town of Wrightstown

Second time visiting this location. The first time, we were able to find the item we needed, but it was very expensive compared to other places (Menards/Fleet Farm/Home Depor). The second visit, we were told to warranty our Craftsman tools on line (super inconvenient for a mechanic who uses his tools every day), and the one item we wanted to buy, we were told to purchase that on line as well?? Why have a brick and mortar store if everything should be done on line?? I already have an Amazon account, but I would really rather support local, small business, but the local, small business clearly doesn't want to support or help their customers. I gave Kimps in Howard a glorious review! I couldn't wait to get a Kimps in Wrightstown, but this location is nothing more than another customer service...

I went into the store on the day of their soft opening. I took my two year-old with me and he picked out a dog toy and brought it to the counter. Unbeknownst to me and because of my own distractions, he set it down, somewhere on our way out.

On their opening day, I got a phone call from the store saying they tracked the purchase to me and they had it set aside.

Generally speaking, I think almost any other store in the world would’ve put that back on the shelf and not thought twice about it, but the staff at Kimps Ace went above and beyond to get this, simply because it was the right thing to do.

Aside from a great store location and beautiful new store, the staff is helpful and friendly; exactly what you’d expect from your local, hometown...

Extremely helpful! I met with one worker who couldn't help me but another came up and answered my question and I made my purchase. Then I went outside and looked at the trailer for rent and an employee drove up and answered my questions. All 3 employees were helpful and pleasant during the verbal exchanges.
