So far everything has been great. I haven't received my tires and wheels yet but I have dealt with customer service and they were very pleasant, so I will update my review when I receive my products. My wheels and tires were good and they look awesome. I would definitely recommend fitment industries but as far as the trucking company that they used, that was not fun experience. I live just under 2 hours from fitment and my wheels were supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday, well Dohrn trucking dropped the ball on that one then they rescheduled for the next day Which would have been Thursday and again I got nothing. So I called Dohrn trucking and talked to their dispatch supervisor and set up a delivery window for Friday between 8am and 4pm when I looked at tracking info at 2pm Friday they had changed the delivery window to 2:45pm - 4:45pm and that was completely unacceptable since the company I work for closes their receiving docks at 4:00 p.m. on friday because that's when everybody goes home for the weekend. So I contacted Dohrn trucking at 2pm on Friday and talk to their dispatcher again, their dispatcher told me that the truck would be there by 4:45 p.m. Friday. I told him that was unacceptable because my wheels and tires sat on their dock for 3 days before they attempted delivery. The dispatcher that I talked to told me that there was a door on their truck that was worth $10,000 and that had to be delivered before my wheels and tires even though my wheels and tires were already 3 days late. I told him that was absolutely unacceptable and he asked me if Monday would be okay to deliver them I told him absolutely not and they needed to get them there Friday. Mysteriously enough the driver showed up by 3:30 and the $10,000 door was not in the way of my delivery. So fitment industries did their part but as far as the trucking company that's going to deliver them don't hold your breath because that was a nightmare. Just because my product wasn't worth $10,000 it seemed like they just flat out...
Read moreMy buying experience was great! They did great on shipping. Whole thing took just over 3 weeks from order date to delivery. Which from what I hear is pretty good! Matt W. is who I called when ordering. He was super helping and made sure my fitment was right for my Mercedes-Benz. I never even saw a tpms sensor notification on my dash. I think they connected before I even turned the car on. Got them ceramic coated also. They look fantastic and I'm happy fitment industries got me right! UPDATE: went to a car audio show in Indianapolis, Indiana (5 hr drive for me each way) and a vibration in the back arose and heard a big pop. I was going 80mph! Blew my tire 2.5 hrs from home for no reason. AAA towed my car home, and had to find an alternate ride home cuz I had my son w me. Only 1 person could go with the tow truck. So I call fitment industries to warranty it. It got a bubble in the inner sidewall and popped.they make me send a bunch of pics, then take the tire to a shop to be accessed. I tried 4 different places, and called several others and they didn't want liability on a warranty decision that has nothing to do w them. So they sent me on a goose chase just to warranty a $130 tire. So I told them to screw themselves and ill update my review. I get ish happens, but fix it then. I even called prior to the trip just to find a safe psi for my tires on the trip. Plus I noticed over time they must have scratched one of my wheels pretty bad and touch up painted it. I was gonna overlook it until this. So take the chance on them if u want, but know they will leave u hangin! Update 7/1/2022: I was contacted, and everything was made right, so they stood by their word, ill stand by mine and give 5 stars. The company making your issue right, that's all a customer could possibly ask for,...
Read moreI went with this company because of the great reviews and great customer service. I spoke with a couple of Reps, and they were nice. Andrew assisted me with completing my order. I went with 17X9 on a 255 tire and +35 offset to clear my coil overs (flex Z Tein). I just want to say maybe some of this is my own fault since I did not explicitly read the "fitment guide" but I was promised that it would clear and that it would not be an issue. I was also told that if it was an issue to let him know. Needless to say, I sent him a message after I put the wheels on and told them it did poke out quite a bit. The front I head to raise it a couple inches to clear the bottom of the coil which I was okay with. The rear offset should probably be +40 for it to not poke so far. I'm maxed out on coil height; it hits on the rear fenders at the hardest dampening setting and called today to see what we could do. This is not a daily. I drove it a few miles to test the fitting...now they are unreturnable although they still have the stickers on the tires. I will attach photos. I spent around $2,500 on this set up to be told basically it's my own fault and have a nice day. This was not a set of cheap wheels. Very disappointed, it would have been nice to come up with a solution but nope. So, make sure that you read everything before purchasing.
Update: fitment industries reached out to me and made an exception! Thanks y’all!
