They carry maintenance parts for lifted trucks that is not like cheep parts house or even smaller weeker oem parts there upgraded parts like the kryptonite line, (balljoints) for example are way superior to any aftermarket parts house replacement or even oem joints.thay are made for lifted trucks with big heavy wheels which add extra stress to components on your truck. Well with custom offsets you can rest assured that the parts you buy will be of best quality for lifted or stock truck.. that is just one of many many reason to order with C.O. they always help me with the price no matter if it's a lil or a lot. And they always send me some other little extras. If it's just stickers it's still cool and fun to get little extras u didn't have to pay for or expect to get with a set of wheels... order one of there house brands like Arkon and get a lot of lil extra goodys... most of the time they price match any price u find else where so most of the time there prices are killer unbeatable.. There mechanics are good at what they do. If you order wheel and tire package they will mount and balance them for free and you can garentee they'll be no damage done during this process, you can't sey the same for any of your local tires shops most of them will at least get a scuff or two on your new set up. Especially if you have a real custom look like any stretching at all. While not recommended C.O. is good at doing it. I have had multiple local tire shops that could not mount my tires At All, when custom offsets would have no problem at all..There are a million more reason to shop with C.O weather it be to become part of the "famly" or to take advantage of there gallery to see your set up in real world before you buy or to get a custom set up. Custom offsets has thousands of options you could shop for day. Idk any where else that has that many wheel options and is set up to shop that easy, there website interface is very easy to use it gives package prices single prices and more. . . It would be difficult if not impossible to have had a better experience than I had with Arkon off road. I needed to replace a bad tire and was quoted $512.00 not including tax and install at a local shop, no other local shop could even find my tire. When I called Arkon I was immediately connected to one of the nicest kindest and most competent servicemen I have ever dealt with, they not only had my exact tire it was nearly $200.00 cheaper. I was told they had it in one of their warehouses and it would take 8-10 business days to receive it, I actually received it in 4. The call took less than 10 minutes and the price he quoted me was the OTD price including shipping, almost $200.00 cheaper, fantastic service and no surprise charges. I left a review a couple of months back sharing my frustrations with arkon. I had ordered a set of wheels and tires from them and it was a disaster. The wheels have several several large chips and chunks taken out of them, and 2 tires were bad. The tires I completely understand are not there fault. But after I left the review I got a call from them wanting to fix the situation but before they did anything they asked me to delete the bad review. Go figure. After I deleted the review they had me jumping through hoops to get them more info on it and I work out of town so I just took it as a learning experience.
