I don't know If this is the same guy as mentioned in other reviews, but I too was yelled at. I get here go down to check in. As I'm at the counter filling in the check in log a cool guy from the warehouse greeted me. We chit chatted and he told me what to do. This this other NASTY guy comes in from outside yelling at me not to block the dock. I told him I wasn't blocking anything. Then he proceeded to tell me that the other driver that was parked at the gate has to wait on me because I was blocking things. So I said to him, " you say that I am rude? I said you are the rude one carrying on like you are! He then says "whatever!". So that's when I came out and started recording and taking pictures. You can see that I am parked while the guy next to me isn't even thinking of moving yet. He was out moving tandems, building and and he was checking out whatever was leaking from his truck. U see it took him nearly 15 mins to get moving. I'm here at 1145 with an appt of 1300. The gate opened automatically when I got here. No, there is no overnight parking. There is plenty of room to maneuver. Does not appear to have a restroom facility. Another reviewer said this place is hit or miss. I guess today is a miss day. If this guy is the yard guy and he has this attitude with everyone that comes in here, well the company needs to put him in another position as he he is the first face and person for direction upon entering the facilities. Who wants to be greeted by a person with a down right nasty attitude? U get my respect, when respect is given.
Update with video: 1250- I go to the dock and the same guy comes out to cut the seal and starts talking to me. I did not acknowledge him and opened my doors, slid my tandems...
Read moreLoading starts at 0700. I arrived at 0630. Press the white button to open the gate. Park to the right in the designated staging area. Walk to receiving office by Door 2. (I did not know this upon arrival) It is not FCFS. It is by appt time. Ignore the phone number at the gate. They do not have a phone. This is what I was told this morning. I like communication, instructions, direction, and order. It helps drivers when it is their first time delivering or picking up at shipping and receiving locations. 5 stars for this facility. Despite my frustration, they did do the right thing in the end. Thank You. I hope this helps...
Read moreThey never fill or maintain the Coke Can Vending machines. Tired of sold out. At Christmas our machine was empty for over 3 weeks. Then after it was finally filled, it kept taking money and not dispending. Our management team called more than once before we finally got service. Now, just 3 months later and we're going on 11 days empty. The sad part is this has been happening for yrs!
