I can't say enough about the phenomenal job that J&B Family Jewelers did in helping me get and create my now fiancee's gorgeous engagement ring. Obviously this can be an extremely stressful process for so many reasons... but Benny, Joe, Sam and the rest of the team were all with me every step of the way and make sure I got exactly what we wanted.

They responded immediately to any questions I had throughout the process, no matter how annoying I thought I was being! They not only helped me to find the perfect diamond at a great price, but even worked me with to create a custom band. The video that they were able to create that put together a virtual rendering of my actual diamond and custom band in tandem was an incredible touch and assured me that everything would be perfect before we went ahead with the actual production. I was on a time crunch and the ring even came in ahead of a tight schedule.

With all of that being said, the most important part is that my fiancee was totally blown away with the ring from the first time she saw it and couldn't be happier. Her reaction was priceless and worth everything!
