If you’re from out of state don’t bother going to this bar since their policy apparently is that they won’t serve you… I came to visit some friends that live in the area and wanted to grab a drink. I approach the bar to order a drink and I’m told in a rude tone that they don’t serve anyone from out of state. Of course I was confused by this statement and was told the manager would come talk to me. The manager came with an extreme attitude towards me saying she can refuse service to whoever she wants before even looking at my ID. But I still hand her my ID and my friend tries to give her a flashlight from her phone to help her out. The manager then yells at my friend who was only trying to be helpful. After that I asked for my ID back and left since why would I want to give my money to a place that’s extremely hostile towards their customers?? If there’s an issue due to a lot of fake IDs coming in then that’s fine, just say that and I would have understood but at least check to see if the ID is fake or not. I never had a problem letting a restaurant or bar take a double look at my ID. But to come at me so hostile is extremely uncalled for.
When the bar tender originally asked to see my ID I showed it to her while it was still in my wallet, never even asked me to take it out, just automatically told me they can’t serve me. They also never asked for a second form of ID. My recommendation to this establishment is to train your staff on how to look at an ID and how to have...
Read moreSo I’ve been meaning to try Game Day Grille since they opened, I am guessing about a year ago. I forgot to bring my lunch to work one day so I decided that was the day about two weeks ago. I ordered a cheeseburger and french fries to go. I asked the gal who took my order to give me some mayonnaise as I don’t use catsup. The burger was at least half a pound, maybe more and cooked perfectly. It was very tasty as were the fries. But I don’t think I would order from them again for two reasons. The food was good but nothing extraordinary. I thought the burger and fries were quite expensive. The burger was $15 before tax and tip. I wasn’t thinking about the fact that by the time the tax is added on and the tip, it comes to $20 for a burger and fries. I know the prices for everything have gone up and maybe that’s what a burger and fries goes for now in a restaurant but that just seems expensive to me. I could probably get the same thing from a fast food place for about seven or eight dollars, no tip included. The second reason I would not go to them again is because after I looked at my receipt a few days later, I realized they charge me $.75 for the little container of mayonnaise that they gave me! Since when do restaurants charge for condiments?? I really thought that was outrageous. And considering the price of the hamburger and french fries, it certainly should have been included! So I will not be...

So we ordered two sets of the 12 for $15 wings, each with two flavors. That should be $30, right?! Nope, she gave us a bill for $36.00 instead - $9 for each 6 wings. We caught this when we were about to pay. She never told us. And when I brought it up to her she said her manager told her she had to charge it that way. How dirty is that? Any other place would have honored the price we were told before we ordered and ate, or any other waitress at a different restaurant would have informed us what the manager supposedly said, and any other manager of a different restaurant wouldn't have been such an ahol. And btw, the wings were almost flavorless and so dry, the ones that were supposed to be so hot had ZERO heat, etc. My wife can't eat anything spicy or hot, and she ate them. We got 4 flavors and they all tasted the same. Pretty much just salt. Really disappointing. None of us liked the tacos or the nachos made with Sloppy Joe mix, either. To be fair (not like how they treated us), we did like...
