After reading the glowing reviews, we decided to try Don Pablo. Ummm. Were we at the same place as these 5 star reviews?? I know this place is new and still working out the kinks but we were highly disappointed. The atmosphere is kinda bland with a few mexican decorations hung up. It was Friday around 6. It was busy but we were seated right away. The server came over quickly and took our orders. My daiquiri was way too sweet and sugary. The drink mix had a weird after taste. Our food came out in 10 minutes or less. We were surprised. My quesadillas were soggy and lacked flavor. Our food lacked presentation, seasoning and quality. After our food arrived, we felt like we were being rushed. I understand it's Friday night dinner rush, but it's not like we were taking up the table for two hours. The only positive was the tres leches cake. It was good. The server gave us the bill and 4 different workers asked us if we were leaving. I still had a few bites left, when i took a sip of water. Without asking, the server swooped in and took my plate away. Ummm. I wasn't done. The server gave me the wrong change back. He gave me back an extra 20. I felt bad thinking he would have to make up the difference even though he wasn't attentive or friendly. Doing the right thing, I told him. Instead of being thankful, he gave me an attitude thinking I was going to leave him the 20 as a tip. I do not recommend this...
Read moreIf I could give this place one star, I would. Went out with coworkers after work for my birthday with seven people. We ordered at least ten appetizers, meals drinks and food. The food was okay, nothing special. An hour after we got there, while still eating and drinking, the server informed us that he would need our table. We were literally pushed out the door with a family sitting close by. As we were leaving, the other family told us they were pretty much told to leave too because they needed tables.i spoke to a manager on the way out, letting her know that this was a terrible way to treat patrons and run a business. She had a terrible attitude with me and said perhaps don’t come on a Friday evening. Instead of apologizing, she double down on the “we need tables”she made it clear that she didn’t care about the patronage of her customers and their experience, but turning over tables quickly.when I say this was the rudest manager I have ever encountered, I do not lie. Please do not give this restaurant your hard earned money. With all the choices out there, choose a Mexican place that values and respects their customers and doesn’t just see $$$ signs. The worst experience in a...
Read moreI recently dined at Don Pablo’s Mexican restaurant with my family and a few friends, it was a delightful experience for sure. The vibrant flavors of their traditional Mexican dishes truly stand out, with the tacos being a standout—crispy, flavorful, and packed with fresh ingredients. Especially the freshly made guacamole😋. The atmosphere is colorful and makes me feel like i’m home. Service was friendly and efficient. Great customer service, my server was amazing, super sweet and fast. Great If you're craving authentic Mexican cuisine, this spot is definitely worth a visit! I will definitely be coming again soon!! I had a talk with the owner, Vanessa, she’s the sweetest person ever with the most outgoing personality ever. I highly recommend taking a visit to this restaurant if you want the best taste of...
