Just a day trip driving experience and stopped in Troy. Visited the Uwharrie Soap Company and had a wonderful experience! The staff were very friendly and informative. All of their products are made on site with all natural ingredients. We bought their Magnica product for pain relief. They explained it works similarly to menthol based pain relief products like Bengay. This has a much more pleasant smell. Very mild and won't let everyone know you have aches and pains. They have a wide variety of products - soaps, shampoos/conditioners, bath salts, lotions. I definitely recommend!
