I've had quality issues more often than not on the orders out of this location. These mainly stem from not following the specific directions or specifications you make or failure to incorporate a topping substitution or how it's cooked.
However tonight I ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza. My doordash delivery came and I sat down and open it and realized it was a barbecue chicken pizza. I decided to take the option for the customer service to reorder when I got my receipt I realized that they didn't have the few alterations I requested on that receipt so I decided to message customer service just to double-check that the information was also passed along to Papa John's. The representative messaged back and said absolutely, I was already on the phone with them and I communicated to them what you want in your order. So I'm expecting a delivery again from the store and 3 minutes before the store closes at 1:00 I get a notification that my order was cancelled.
But to make matters even worse I called the store directly and I hit three to request to talk to the manager just to basically say like hey I want my pizza I'm hungry I'd rather have my food than my refund. A woman answered and quickly was pretending to be oblivious to what I was talking about which is fine but she said well let me go double-check . I didn't sell on hold for 15 minutes and realized that they're not going to pick back up the phone so not only did they mess up my order they confirmed that they were going to redeliver it they canceled it on me and then when I called the store they blatantly ignored me.

One of my employees tried to order from there for them to deliver to Reynoldsburg High School. While during the school year, he is a student, but not at this school, Chris said he was NOT allowed to deliver to him because he was a student. What Chris refused to get through his thick skull was, he is an employee right now, and school isn't in session, and this kid doesn't go to school here. He was extremely rude, and while being rude, attempted to call me hostile. Hey Chris, let me know when you have done more with your life then work fast food. Harass my kids again, and I will contact corporate on you and let them know what a garbage employee they truly have in you. Stay away from this establishment.
Update: 8/4/17 -- Now the best part is, your store is lying to my employees saying you don't deliver to high schools. FLAT OUT LIE!! You delivered here yesterday, to one of my employees that you have delivered to in the past!! So how can you blatantly lie like this?? GARBAGE...

I went back out to my car to wait and witnessed her just starting to make my pizza that was supposed to be ready. And she didn’t acknowledge me the first five minutes that I was in the store standing there waiting to get off her phone. Not only that, but right after she touched the computer and her dirty phone she used the same bare hands to cook my meal, I watched her not even wash her hands no joke. No gloves, nothing… 😭 when I got the pizza, there was grease dripping through the box and it had been overly buttered to the point where I could barely eat it.
