Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Truro Township

Im a regular at this spot because its the best little caesars ive had, with fast, friendly, and efficient service, at a great price. I come every couple weeks or so and usually the employees are smiling, communicating, and working hard. Not too long ago I received service by a shorter, older, balding guy that wasnt in a little caesars uniform, im assuming hes the owner or whatever. He was impatient and short with me and had a disturbing vibe about him. While waiting for my food I was observing the other employees because it was awkwardly quiet, and not 1 of them was smiling and a few was giving him evil glares. If I am right and this guy is the owner or operator of this store I would advise you to give your staff some POSITIVE reinforcement every now and then instead of being a condecending a-hole to them. You arent that great yourself. What do you have to show for your success? Owning a pizza shop and bein a prick to college kids? They have their whole lives ahead of them to achieve their dreams and he seemed like old garbage. Ive been a manager of multiple places if theres one thing I learned, its to take care of your employees and they will take care of you, Happy employees increase work productivity and efficiency. I must say this place needs to get more staff or something. I came into night for hot ready cheese pizza, and there was no cheese pizza ready. So I had to wait for a fresh one to be made.

They had expired pizza in the warmer. Little Caesar is not known to be a pizza to rave over, but it somewhere you can go to get a quick bite when you low on funds or thrifty. However, I waited just to go home to a bland, and over sauced pizza. I had better from Little Ceasar, but the pizza left a bad after taste in my mouth. All the cheese slid off the pizza.

I mean next time I will make my pizza from home because I could have personally made a better pizza from scratch than that. I’m good on Little Ceasar. Do yourself a favor and save your money, and make it from home.

Update: I tried to give them another chance on 10/12/2024. Came in around 1:20 pm for an online order for my wife. My wife ordered a Pepsi with her puffs. I simply asked the lady if they had Pepsi because it wasn’t in the refrigerator, she gets an attitude and say whatever in the refrigerator is what we have. Despite my wife called in and got hung up on. I would never come back to this run down piece of crap...

place was clean but the service was the worst. there were a bunch of kids working then some not on the clock but in the lobby part dancing, going back and forth from lobby to behind the counter. it seemed like one worker relayed a message to another female worker and her response was i don't give a bleep. super loud. one of the female workers had pizza in her hands coming out the door behind me so i held it there was no thank you no smile or anything....rude. ppl came in to order while i was waiting on my pizza and was never addressed right away. the young man behind the counter was talking out loud about how he didn't care about the job because he was getting ready to start a new one. the other customers faces looked just like mine like we were questioning if they were serious and we were getting impatient with the staff. i don't know if it was just a bad day or what but it made me not want to really return because of how annoyed i was. need to hire...
