BalanceRVA was the 1st location for my wife's business. From the first time I met Juri, I knew this place was right. BalanceRVA is far more than a space for rent. It is a community of diverse human beings dedicated to living out their dreams and building their businesses. We were attracted to the location because of the welcoming vibe for any race, gender, religion or sexual orientation. BalanceRVA stands for community, knowledge sharing and good will to all who came through the doors. It provided my wife first class ancillary services that kept her overhead very low as she built her business. Anyone with any ill will towards this community of entrepreneurs and service oriented human beings is someone of questionable character. While no one there would claim perfection, the staff at BalanceRVA strives for it and they will immediately address any challenges at the facility. They consistently invested in the physical building and they communicated very well with all members. My wife and I consider it an honor that we got to be a part of the BalanceRVA family and we will never forget the foundation it provided...

Joining BalanceRVA has been one of my best decisions! I have been a member for 2 ½ years and have been so thankful for every minute. As a Washington, D.C. remote worker (pre-COVID), BalanceRVA has given me the collegial atmosphere of a typical office but with the community environment of numerous small businesses and a variety of expertise. This community was the perfect sounding board to encourage me to start my own non-profit this year. During the pandemic, BalanceRVA’s owner, Juri, went above and beyond to accommodate members by providing virtual school space for school-aged students and keeping childcare open for our youngest children. Beyond the standard office amenities of conference rooms, kitchen, and front desk support, we have monthly taco lunches, weekly garden harvests for fresh salads, on-site childcare, and access to wellness practitioners just down the hall. We can't express enough gratitude for the amazing experience we had at Balance RVA. Over the course of two years, this place became our home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly, always treating us like family. The convenience of on-site daycare, the huge community kitchen, tranquil décor throughout, spacious offices and conference rooms, all contributed to creating a warm and welcoming environment.

We especially want to thank Juri, the owner, who was always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. It's rare to find such a caring and attentive owner who truly cares about the wellbeing of their clients.
