If I could leave zero stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this company is unspeakable.
I placed an order for a couch and was guaranteed delivery within 6 weeks. I was in a very specific situation and needed it within that timeframe. I explained that if there was anyway at all it could be delayed, I couldn’t order it. I was assured by the sales associate that it would be delivered within the time frame given.
I proceeded with the order. After 6 weeks, I still had no couch. I called to see what was happening. The couch was delayed by production and oversold by 47 couches. I asked to speak to a manager to voice my frustration about not being transparent about delivery times. I am fully aware we are living in covid times and that furniture is extremely delayed in production- I was just upset about the fact I was promised a quick ship only to be still without furniture.
The manager started the phone call with an attitude and was rude and extremely condescending. After voicing my frustration, not once did she offer a discount or free delivery for the inconvenience. She instead said, “oh I’m sorry that we don’t have a crystal ball.”
When I asked to cancel my order, she asked for my credit card number. I said is this just for the cancellation? Her reply: “well do you want your money back or not?”

I found a couch that I wanted to purchase and then I found out there was sun damage on the back there were scratches on the wooden legs it was actually a stain on the cushion that was flipped over and they were not willing to discount it any further and tried to tell me that they got the stain out but they wouldn’t let me see it and said it was still drying and that they needed to do it again and as well it doesn’t sound like the stain came out if they had to work on it again. I ended up purchasing two Jessica Charles chairs that I could’ve had made from scratch that would’ve been less expensive but would’ve taken 3 to 6 months to get to me but they had them in stock in the fabric that I liked and they basically made me jump through hoops and did not provide delivery when it was convenient for me. They just called me to let me know that the ottoman that I ordered and had made and the two arm caps to go on the two chairs were in when they just told me a week ago that they wouldn’t be in or made and I shouldn’t expect them until the beginning of November and then I asked them if they could stay for 15 minutes so that I could pick up the pieces that I’ve already paid for and they were...

Let's start with the delivery guys which are most often taken for granted. Yet they come into your home and are willing to rearrange furniture as you would like it. The crew, today, was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Not unlike those who assisted us in the past. The impression they leave you with is every bit as important as Wayside representatives in the store. Speaking of the store, we have in all our visits never been rushed or pressured. You have all the time you need to make a selection or return visits to continue your search. If it's upholstered, you have all the time needed to select a fabric and color.
