I was very young when I was first introduced to OnU jewelry by a friend of mine in middle school. My mother took me there and we both loved to just look at the artistic creations, as well as purchase the jewelry. I still have a necklace and a bracelet from back then that is the same as the day I got it, and I have worn them many (many many) times! I have since gone back on several occasions to buy some pieces for myself but a lot for friends, and I am always greeted as a friend by the owners and Willow (their adorable dog). I couldn’t recommend OnU jewelry enough. Not once have I received anything other than positivity about OnU from the friends I have gifted necklaces and such to. It’s a staple for me for birthdays and Christmas and will continue to be! Our experience has been nothing but fantastic. Donna will custom fit any of her jewelry for any of her customers. When the studio is crowded she acknowledges everyone and spends the same amount of time with her guests accommodating their needs. My mom wears her jewelry daily (never taking it off) and gets compliments all the time when on her travels even referring people from away. If there are any issues with the jewelry, Donna and Greg are very attentive and will address any issue or repair!!! I have purchased Donna's work through other stores but this was my first visit to her shop. I had my wife's bracelet that needed to be repaired as well as do a little Christmas shopping. I was greeted by Donna (first time we met) and found her to be very friendly and professional. I was not planning on having my bracelet repaired while I was there but she knocked it out quickly! The store is full of various (and beautiful) designs and I feel very reasonably priced considering they are hand-made. I was surprised to see other offerings beside Donna's jewelry as she collects pieces that she likes through her travels.
