Copenhagen Service and Clearance Center — Local services in Tucson

I purchased a lot of office-related teak furniture more than 20 years ago from Copenhagen. I have enjoyed their beautiful furniture immensely through the years. However, recently, my teak file cabinet drawer suddenly wouldn't pull out all the way. I called the clearance center and spoke to Pete. His customer service was outstanding to say the least. He genuinely wanted to help.

We communicated remotely to try to solve the problem. When that didn't work, he had me bring it in for a quick look see. Art, who works in the warehouse there, was able to solve the problem in 30 seconds. It is so refreshing to find people truly caring and wanting to help. Since it's a clearance center I would assume prices would be better. Employee said furniture is 30% off , pictures, and beds are 50%. So alot of the furniture was still 3,000.00 with several over 7,000. Which seems exorbitant for something that comes with no warranty, has already been returned, damaged or floor models. We were thinking of one couch that had electric recliners for 1899.00. Then started thinking how many people have been using the electric recliner and what if it breaks in a few mths. No guarantees. So decided to skip buying...

What to say about this.. I mean if your lucky... you find what your looking for but majority of the time.. the prices are still pretty high.. if you visit the home location then this sometimes theres a difference and sometimes not worth it.. but as I mentioned if your lucky.. you might find what your looking for.. ^_^ so.. never know just gotta try it.. its smaller then the home location so.. dont get yourself...
