First of all the moment we walked in the cashier looked at us weird. my husband had to use the restroom the cashier heard him and as he’s walking back to ask her for the restroom code she told him they we’re out of service. I my self had to use it as well so I went ahead and asked another employee if I can used the restroom and she looked at me like why am I asking and she nicely replied the restrooms are open. While I was looking for my husband he came and told me that he had asked another employee and she even walks him towards the restrooms and the restrooms didn’t need no code and we’re working perfectly fine. My husband goes and asks the cashier for her name and told her that it was funny how the restrooms are working perfectly fine her name was KATHY by the way…at that point he felt the racism just because of the color of his skin and racial profile as well for the way he was dressed. Then the cashier KATHY that told him they we’re out of service called a caucasian man over the intercom and he went up to her then the Caucasian men started in a way following my husband and acting like he was fixing stuff on the shelf’s he just kept looking at us and was behind us every step we took..until my mom that was with us too purchased some items and she felt the racism..even before we left the store she kept looking at my husband like if he was doing something wrong or even like if he was stealing. This store needs to hire better employees that are not racist and racial profile people for...

So, first I understand the male at the register he doesn't have much say.. but there were three different boxes of a train set, they all went together. But boxed and priced different. The tracks were 20. The train ten. And the power the run it 15... I went up to register to ask for a manager or pricer to see if I can get a bulk price on it all because obviously one can't work without the other... The guy huffed and said the price is the price deal with it. I calmly said can I just ask? So he said wait at back Ill call.. so I went to back he called. The manager walked out, on the phone BTW not once but three times, right past me, ignoring me.. I even said excuse me. She walked up helped register then walked past me again and into back. I set aside train and went to check out. I called her to register. She screamed from store because she had to be called 6 times.. IM ON THE DAMN PHONE!!! everyone in store heard her... She stormed up after cashier embarrassed said on intercom.. ok but a customer needs you.. she scoffed what do you need.. I said well nothing now I just wanted to see you face to face after you intentionally ignored me over and over. She very rudely replied. I'm busy. I don't have time that's why I have employees. I said well I don't have time to shop here anymore or to donate. I buy storage units and "use" to donate 1000 of dollars a year here... But I'll take it to...

I had about 14 bags of clothes and shoes I cleaned out from my closet. They had been in the back of my truck that has a solid cover over it for several months. But it leaked in one area. I took the bags to this store today. I pulled aside the bags that had gotten ruined because of the leak. But most were fine, the bags garbage bags were dirty frim rolling around in the bed . Well the worker did not help me unload anything even after telling h er I had surgery on my back recently. She was rude. Said she didn't like the dirty bags. I told her it was from my truck bed. 1 bag she said she didn't want. Thought it was ruined cause the bag was dirty. She walked off inside leaving about 6 bags outside the door. I opened the bag she dudnt want and everything in it was clean and dry so I left it by the other bags. Just before I drove off she walked up with the bag. U Told HER THE Stuff Inside Was fine. So I started to drive off and she threw the bag at my truck and went inside. I got out and took the bag off my truck and left it once again by the others and left. I never experienced anything like this. For her to viciously throw that bag at my truck like a crazed women. I called to complain about her. But the girl didn't seemed too concerned about it. I think for that act she should be on a warning for her job. Or maybe dismissed. No reason for her actions....
