Unprofessional staff - called the store to be greeted with "Can I help you" never identified the store by name - just "Can I help you" When asking if they carried a particular dog food, the male acknowledged that they carried the brand, and when I asked the price per bag, he completely forgot what I had just inquired about. Definitely not listening nor attentive to his customer. When I asked to speak to the manager, he paused, and said, "Speaking". I brought the matters to his attention of his unprofessional conduct and he wanted to argue saying he had identified himself with Holy Cow Feed, this is Casey, how can I help you. Not true. Maybe others receive good treatment, however, this young man definitely requires some customer service training and manners. Discontinued the call as I will NOT give this store any of our business. Good Luck Holy Cow - because your customer service is HOLY COW how are you going to survive with that type of...
Read moreI would give this place a zero if I could. First of all, I run an equine business and I have referred clients here for a couple of years now. I have also purchased my supplies here for a couple of years. I had a client purchased a hay net Recently and did not take a receipt with her when she was asked if she wanted a receipt she just said no not thinking anything about it. They refused to return the hay at 10 minutes later when she realized she bought the wrong size. Tags were still attached. The clerk actually remembered her. She paid with a credit card and can show the transaction on her card and they still refused. They are also overcharging for Feed in an absolutely outrageous way. Purina renew gold retails for $47-$55 in most stores they are charging over $80 here. I absolutely will never return to the store. Nor will I send anyone here ever again. Their employees are also...
Read more(5/30/2025) I'm adding a star because my elderly mom had a blast looking to buy dog treats. They have the big bags (37 lbs) of Canidae dog food. Plus great prices on feed buckets. Spent $$$ but worth every penny when mom is happy to spoil the dog. Special thanks to the hard working, patient, men working here helping us both. Two thumbs up!
They carry the large Redbarn brand dog treats for $6 each for heavy chewers. Unfortunately, I can't justify spending $13 on one medium sized chew stick that won't last five minutes with my dog. My dog chews through my Ocotillo plants like brand new scissors on sewing thread. Cow bones don't last two days. They have good options but many of the dog chews were sold out or empty on the shelves....
