and supplies that were available. But not so impressed with the level of customer service. Especially when its the guy that's got his name on the side of the building. Barely took any time looking at what I had and then didn't even want to answer any of my questions about what I had. Only had time to tell me that none of it was any good when I was just asking to increase my knowledge in what I had. And then after I had packed everything up I started looking for things I needed, he proceeded to follow me around the store after directing me to something I was looking for and stood watch over me. Only after I had said I'd like to look around, I was told very rudely that he didn't have time to follow me around and told me to leave the store. It was pretty humiliating to say the least. Immediately upon entering she walks up to the loft pretending to do something of value but really just watching me. How uncomfortable. I was looking at a jeweler’s loupe, which they had quite a few different ones. I wanted experience how if felt in hand and how strong the magnification was, so I went to open one of them and immediately from above she says not to open that. I ask how am I supposed to know how it is/feels and the reply was there’s a picture on the box. I mean we’re talking about an item less than $5.
