I feel you are wasting your money if you are paying rent on a lot in any of these mobile home parks in Tucson. MSV is 171 units and allows you to purchase the home and the lot together.

Beautiful place to live! Lots of activities if you choose to go? Most people are very nice I met walking around our park!
