Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tucson

The Taco Bell on Old Vail Rd did not get my order right and the quality is not comparable to the other taco bells around Tucson. First, I ordered some cinna twists that were not in the bag when I arrived at home, second both the quesoritto and the grilled cheese burrito both came with the slightest amount of meat, and thirdly I asked for enough sauces for a total of 6 tacos plus the 2 burritos and I received 3 sauce packets after requesting 15... unfortunately this is the closest taco bell in Rita Ranch, so I'll definitely go there again, but I'll skip the drive thru and go into the restaurant to order and check to make sure its correct before leaving. Update The manager Will called me and let me know he was working with a whole new group of employees and they were still in training. He let me know to go back any time and get my next order on him. I never went back to get that order, however I have been going there pretty regularly and I have not had any issues. Even when they were delayed and I had to wait longer than normal the employees were aware of the long waits and acknowledged the long wait time and gave everyone some free taco coupons. It is a Taco Bell. Not a lot can be said. The food is pretty much the same at all locations. The service at this location is fantastic. They greet you immediately. They listen to you when you order. Not interrupt you. They serve you promptly and thank you for your business. We will be back. UPDATE: This location has always had very friendly employees. Just recently though, their tacos have become terrible. They have cut way back on the meat (in their burritos also). I have brought it to their attention the last couple of times I have visited. They swear nothing has changed. When I order taco supremes and I get less than a 1/2" of meat . . . Things have changed. I am not sure if it is the management or corporate. But it has changed. Their taco meat is not the best anyway. But it was better than no meat. When I contacted their corporate office, their concern was "do the tacos appear full". I said yes, full of lettuce. Oh well three strikes and I am done. I will not patronizing this...

I cannot speak more highly of this location of Taco Bell. Yes the store has been around for a short amount of time, but they have prove their worth through stressful conditions and accurate orders. The store is as clean as possible with the mass amounts of orders that consistently flood in. I am thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of this establishment. Bathrooms are always clean, tables are always sanitized and the trash is always taken out. Food is always served with a smile and has always been made and presented in a kind, professional, and appropriate manner. I always appreciate the service I was given.
