Patio Connection — Local services in Tucson

I would give absolutely no stars to this place. Me and my wife walked in and were pretty much kicked out by this rude older lady. We happen to be getting our oil changed at jiffy lube next door so we decided to go take a look around at patio store. We do plan on moving soon so we wanted to look at some patio ideas. When the lady approched us she had asked if we were looking for anything particular. We said we are just looking around getting some ideas. She said to us " oh no your not, this is not the mall and your not going to just look around!" And told us we needed to leave. This was about one of the rudest experiences i have ever had. We were so shocked and couldnt beleive she had said that. After that we just left. I honestly think its because me and my wife are young, she judged us and maybe assumed we had no money or no business being there. No one should be treated like that in a public store. And there was no telling my wife probably would have bought something that day (shes always buying random things) if she had the change to look around. We never do reveiws like this but felt the need...

Oh no! Here we are vacationing in our friends home in Oro Valley, AZ and as I sat in the patio swivel rocking chair, the vinyl strapping of the patio chair snaps beneath me. What to do? After a brief web search, I found Patio Connection that does repairs. Eureka. Prepared to DYI, we called them and asked if they carry the vinyl strapping required. Yes they replied and off we went. After arriving at their beautiful showroom replete with all things patio furniture and accessory and a brief conversation with the representative, they suggested as an alternative to our plan to DYI, that we consider allowing them to effect the repair for just a few dollars more than had we attempted ourselves. We agreed, returned an hour later with the lowly chair without seat strapping in hand. To our great surprise, not only did they have the exact strapping in inventory, but offered to complete the repair as while we waited. In less than 15 minutes, the chair reappeared looking as good as new, strapping replaced perfectly. Thank you Patio Connection. Hope to see you in the Seattle area. Happy...

I have purchased all my patio furniture from patio connection starting in 2006. My purchases have been of high quality and my original purchases as well as additional ones over the previous years up to the present are still being used and in great condition. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to be helpful. I will only purchase from Patio Connection for all my outdoor needs.

Update 10/4/23. Love this store! Owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I always feel valued as a customer and have been very happy with their advice/suggestions while shopping. As an FYI, I have a very large backyard with many pieces of furniture purchased here (chaises, barstools, lounge chairs with ottomans, tables, side tables, umbrellas etc). All are still being used and look great. I highly recommend...
